This easy to do marinade packet is suitable for up to 3 people. You can easily do it yourself and skip the hectic process in under 40 minutes.

Directions: Dissolve the Nam Nuong marinade powder mix with water. Pour onto ground pork and knead until pork becomes sticky. Form mix into a ball or desired shape and let it marinade for 10 minutes. You can use skewer (optional) to grill or bake until golden brown. Once cooked, you can eat it with fresh vegetables and or vermicelli noodles.
