Please note that we do not store these products in our own facility. All items are sourced directly from the factory or manufacturer to ensure authenticity and freshness.
This product is a cured meat item and is traditionally intended to have a naturally sour flavor profile. It is not shipped frozen, as freezing is not required for this type of product.
Upon receiving your order, we strongly recommend refrigerating the product immediately to preserve freshness and extend its shelf life.
Shipping Schedule
To prevent packages from remaining in transit over the weekend, we ship these products only on Mondays.
Packaging & Temperature Information
All orders are carefully packed with thermal insulated bags and ice packs to help maintain an appropriate temperature during transit. Please do not be alarmed if the ice packs arrive warm or melted. Ice packs generally remain frozen for approximately 12–24 hours and are intended to help maintain temperature during the initial transit period, not remain frozen for the entire delivery journey.
During warmer months or for destinations with higher temperatures, we strongly recommend selecting Express Shipping at checkout to help ensure your product arrives in optimal condition.
Please note that free shipping is sent via standard ground delivery. By selecting standard shipping, customers acknowledge the increased risks associated with longer transit times and warmer weather conditions. We are not responsible for quality issues resulting from the selection of standard shipping instead of the recommended Express Shipping option.
Signature Confirmation & Delivery Responsibility
For orders valued over $100, a signature confirmation will be required upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive and sign for the package. We are not responsible for products that are left unattended, delayed due to missed delivery attempts, or compromised after the carrier marks the package as delivered.
